Because the grilled chicken was the focus product, I couldn't value it other than cooking it whole, in the oven.
So our recommendation is the recipe for Put on the glass in the oven.

The whole chicken is cleaned of feathers if there are any left (it was not the case for me) and wiped with a paper towel on the entire surface.
Peel the skin off the chest and thighs with your fingers.
Season with salt and then spread under the skin with butter flavored with parsley and garlic.
I always have a ready-made butter stick in the freezer.
Grease the chicken with butter on top and inside and sprinkle with pepper and paprika.

The ready-made chicken is placed on a bottle filled with hot water, and a cup of water is added to the tray.
Place in the preheated oven at 195-200 degrees C for 1:30 min. The time can be longer or shorter depending on the weight of the chick.
From time to time the chicken is sprinkled with the juice from the tray to brown nicely.
